Images prides itself by running an ethical business and encourages everyone to "check out" modeling schools and talent agencies with the Better Business Bureau.

Several years ago Lexington was inadated with out-of-town model/talent companies. They advertised a "free" way to become discovered….leave your check book at home. Unfortunate for those who fell for these "modeling scams", thousands of dollars were spent with nothing in return. No telephone number, no location….no contact person.

The horrible "modeling scam" situation prompted Janie Head to work with the Better Business Bureau of the Lexington City Council, to write and then pass "The Modeling/Talent Ordinance" for the city of Lexington. It took two (2) years to put in place an ordinance that regulates out-of-town model/talent companies, requiring them to be licensed. This is the first ordinance of its kind in the United States.
