Return form with a current snapshot you’ve taken – professional photographs are not required.
Attach a $35 one-time only registration fee.

This registration will cover your child until he/she is 4 years old. Then, your child will be ready for our children’s modeling program. We’ll even deduct your $35 baby registration fee from the children’s program.
